Here at Warriors Wanted, we set out to redefine the way you train. Typical online fitness programs contain a 6-12 week exercise guide with little to no instruction. If you are lucky, these programs will come with links to videos of a trainer demonstrating the exercise, so you at least have SOME idea of what to do. Well, we are here to blow these lackadaisical programs out of the water. Not only do traditional programs set you up for injury, they do little to nothing in way of educating you on the exercises and movements being performed.
