Here at Warriors Wanted, we set out to redefine the way you train. Typical online fitness programs contain a 6-12 week exercise guide with little to no instruction. If you are lucky, these programs will come with links to videos of a trainer demonstrating the exercise, so you at least have SOME idea of what to do. Well, we are here to blow these lackadaisical programs out of the water. Not only do traditional programs set you up for injury, they do little to nothing in way of educating you on the exercises and movements being performed. If you are looking for the highest quality training programs on the planet, you came to the right place.

Elite Fitness Education

Here at Warriors Wanted, we not only give you workout programs - we teach you what you are working out, why you are working out, and how to develop future workouts. Our goal is to give you the knowledge that the professionals have in easy to understand mini-courses. These courses are written in plain english, and are designed for all levels of fitness, from the beginner to the Olympic caliber athlete.

Training Like No Other

Unlike other online fitness sites, we break our training programs down into body-specific systems and umbrella fitness goals. Instead of giving you a " 5 week Killer Upper Body Workout", we break our system into broad fitness topics, such as "Core Training", "Olympic Lifting" or "Speed, Agility, and Quickness" to name a few. These programs go in-depth on their given topic, and ensure you understand the what, how, and why to the exercises involved.
